It's actually @1.280, cpu-z reports it wrong.

Tried running at 720p on my 6990 and it would only use one core the other was reported as idle by afterburner. dont know what thats about

Bit late to this one, but the thread looks like it could to with a jumpstart with some not to impressive scores from my aging machine

Well I have just had a fun hour or so...

CPU is a i7 2600k OC'd to 4.2ghz which stayed the same for all the runs.

Max cpu temp was 67*C
Max Gfx temp was 84*C

I seem to have very low PhysX scores... Could this be due to RAM only working in single channel?

(I need to sort out an RMA with Intel but its effort to be without a pc and to reset the heatsink to get serial numbers etc from cpu lol - laaazy)

Cleaned the heatsink on my GPU and tried a mild overclock.

CPU i5 3570 @ 4.2MHz
GPU 6950 :-
Core @ 880MHz
Mem @ 1350Mhz

If there is anything wrong with your RAM then it can make a big difference to the PhysX score.

Please could you also look at your pic for 576p SLI OCed as it does not seem to be working.

If you give your setup a run on the 3dmark11 bench thread it will give you a more accurate idea where you are on your physics score.

Just ran again with my new i7 3770k at 4.5ghz and 1866mhz RAM. Same GPU speeds, 331.65 drivers. Huge bump in physics score
