I can't believe that Titans are still top in the 1080P, as this is an AMD game and TressFX loves AMD :D

I know a 7970 is a great chip, but even so, its a big ask for them to top nvidia's flagship core :p

Hopefully those 290x's can reclaim first place once the custom coolers surface.

I feel like something is artificially holding me back though, most of the bench was sat at exactly 119.9 fps.

Any ideas? pgi947 has a higher score than me but lower clocks :x

Haven't got fps cap enabled in EVGA Precision? (if that's what you're using)

I will be using a 900D

Some of the bits I will be getting out of the system with the watercooled RIVE (I hate that mobo, watercooling was a bad idea) like the CPU, RAM, PSU and SSDs etc. The mobo, rads and cards will be new.

I was thinking of doing similar in a 900D. It's a cracking looking case. The Elysium has done me really well though. Will be sad to see it go.

Have you got Shadow Play enabled? Disable it via Geforce Experience via the power button. With it enabled it was knocking down my average from 214 to 170.

Double check your in game settings too, you might have something too high.

Also monitor clock speed while testing, its very possible one or both of your cards arent staying boosted at what you think they are. Before I put a custom bios on, my top (hotter) card was dropping the max boost speed by as much as 200mhz at times.

Something not quite right there in my opinion. I would expect at least another 20 fps on the average for those clocks. Is the CPU usage high with this?
