I am not sure what is going on. You are the only person who has posted a full 4K result on the benchmark threads, everyone else only has 3840 x 2160 available.

What size is your monitor ?

its 48" 4096x2160 60hz 4:4:4 colour Samsung

mordor settings below, redownloading hd textures just in case, and will redo at 3840x2160p (should get higher fps)

Well after some re-plumbing and thinking I'm down to two cards and have removed whatever gremlin was causing my power / frame issue. Still not sure what the problem was.
