I did think that when I saw your score and clocks. Maybe I was boosting higher, I did allot of benching that day. All I have done different is a fresh install of the OS, different drivers and different system ram as my normal ram failed. Oh and I flashed my gpu bios.

Maybe rerun your bench again with newer drivers.

Your right as there are not any 970's in the top 100, they perform well in games just heaven seems a bit restrictive on a 970.

Which surprises me tbh.

Could get them a bit higher with some more voltage, but it seems like a waste of time. Only gained a few frames over their out of the box boost of 1430MHz (although a consistent extra 5fps on the minimum, which is nice).
