Your 3440*1440p score is fine.
The problem is your 1080p score which is really badly bottlenecked by your CPU.
For 2 GPUs @1080p you need to get every last mhz out of the CPU.

Is something wrong with your one GPU setup?
No. It's Unigine engine. no driver optimisation for fury x, and card is stock, so no surprise it does so. I don't really care how much it scores in this benchmark or any other one, since nothing useful comes out of this engine/benchmark anyway. Maybe someday when I have nothing to do, I will run it overclocked, but for now, meh
