http://www.guru3d.com/article/gamereviews/313/ review up at guru 3d!

Interestingly enough the fastest single card is the 7800gtx 512mb FOLLOWED by the 7800gtx 256mb then you have the ATi Radeon X1800Xt very interesting

GTX512 4700
GTX 256 4000
X1800XT 3700

Looks awful pretty thopugh, a lot of the demos are updated versions of the old ones with the new effects, still nice tho!

whoops just noticed 2 ;) lol! i thought i typed 4700 as well lol!

Anyways I was quite surprised with the lack of a 7800gt result but il estimate a stock one of 3300

Someone actually had a pre release with a 7800GT, was clocked at 430/1050 i think and scored 3350. So i am looking at 3500+ with any luck :)

nice one! To be fair this like 3d mark 2005 on steriods aint it?!

I mean its the same but uses a lot better tech, Guru 3d seem to be fairly happy with what futuremark have come up with here! This will do until 3d Mark Vista ;)

*QUICK NOTE*

They only used Catalyst 5.12 in the benchmarks ;)

So maybe the ATI scores will be better with 5.13

Looking at the results on page 7 of this link:

http://www.guru3d.com/article/gamereviews/313/

The X1600xt results are a little odd. When you consider how poorly this card compares to a 6800GT in pretty much any game, yet it is nipping at the heels of the GT here.

When you also consider that the rumoured specs of the X1900 are very close to the architecture of the X1600xt but with 4x the amount of pipelines/rops, I would guess this version of 3dmark is going to become an ATI propaganda tool when the new cards hit.

Hope im wrong, but seems suspect. Let the conspiracy theories begin! :)

X800, A64 3700+, 1Gig HyperX

Built it for uni though, limited budget, so crucial decision soon for xbox 360 or new graphics card.

chuck compels you to get a new card...
