is this illegal? and can i put anything down to deter this beast? theres no actual way of talking to the scum that resides in the house next to us, as hes a 6'2 'sted head' and shes a tagged mother of 3 and 22, our front garden and path are constantly getting excreted upon, would it be a waste of time me just calling the police?

Erect or fix the fences/hedge.give the council a call. They are the ones who usually deal with thing like noise complaints so should beagle to tell you if there is anything you can do.

Contact the council, they should have a dog warden of similar.

You shouldn't have to fence off your own garden to stop dogs fouling it!

It's really not.

I'd agree. The owner of the dog should be in control of it at all times. Wherever it takes a dump it's the owner's fault hence the fine you can get (does anyone ever get slapped with one of them, anyway?) for fouling pavements and the like. They don't fine the canine, they fine the human.
