Ordered something from OCUK at 11:20 thismorning which i needed urgently for tomorrow, so i paid the premium for saturday delivery - now its 7pm and have had no dispatch notice, meaning 0% chance of receiving it tomorrow i suppose.

I know no shop talk is allowed, just a general answer as per the cut-off time would be nice - doubt there will be a problem in getting money for delivery back

Well the website says:

4.2 Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

Seems fairly standard practice.
