What is Fintek F71882F (SpeedFan 4.33)?

Speedfan has three temp measurements for Fintek F71882F, one which 33-34C, one 40-41C and one constant at 127C.

Obviously only the two first are valid. Are they the temperatures for the motherboard (I already see HD0, HD1, Core 0 and Core 1). What sort of motherboard temperatures are acceptable once I start overclocking, I don't really have any fans or other cooling for the mobo, apart from the standard heatsink, although the schyte ninja plus CPU cooler is pretty large so may help.

Also I notice that Core 0 and Core 1 stay around 33 when at desktop, while core (a third value) stays at 60, then when I start playing lord of the rings C0 goes to 43, C2 to 42 and Core to 76. Obviously C0 and C1 are the two dual CPUs, but what is the Core temperature, and isn't 76 a bit high as I've not even started overcloking yet...
