Applying Visual Styles Error in XP SP3

Everytime I try to change the theme of XP and apply, a window pops up stating:

Applying Visual Styles Error

The Visual styles could not be applied. Acccess is Denied.

So I patched uxtheme.dll with ThemePatchSP3 and the Replacer program, but it's still playing up.

Any ideas how to gain access to the visual styles. I've also replaced Luna and classic themes with the original files and still no luck.

Anyone, I still can't find a fix for this and i've seen a few uxtheme.dll threads?

Ah ha... it was Windows Blinds 6.0 playing up. I uninstalled it a few months back and thought that might be the problem, so I reinstalled it and then uninstalled it and now the visual styles work fine.
