Basically the question in the title, will my computer bottleneck a GTX 260 if I upgrade?

My systems specification:

E2180 @ 3GHz
2GB DDR2 memory, PC6400
Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H motherboard
Cooler Master Real Power 520W modular PSU
Windows XP 32-bit
My monitor is 19" so the max resolution is 1680x1050 (I think, at least on my current graphics card which is a Radeon HD 3850 256MB).

Is it worth upgrading to a GTX 260 with my current system? Will I see a big boost in game performance/fps?

I would say there won't be a bottleneck, minimal if at all.
