Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder - Audio Problems

I'm having problems with streaming from my Intensity Pro capture device. I've got the video working fine but if I try and stream with audio it stops the entire stream from showing. It will then restart the broadcast after 20-30 seconds but still won't work and occasionally it will come up with a message saying there was a problem with the audio encoding in the log.

It's set to take the audio straight from the capture card but if I click on the settings button next to it FMLE crashes. If I set the audio to microphone it works but Decklink Audio Capture breaks it every single time. Are there any programs that could work as a middle man for the audio? I have VHMulticam which I use for the video to reduce the frame rate so an audio equivalent may solve the issue.

If anyone has this setup or any idea why it's having these problems any help would be appreciated.
