Think ill be a lifelong member, still have one working rig in an eclipse, and an empty eclipse sitting in my room, haven got the heart to get rid of it lol.:D

Same here setter - I have an original version (with circular holes in m/b tray) and AMD window which is under my desk (and empty)...I'll find a use for it one day, just can't part with it :p along with a black Globalwin 802

My main annoyance with it was the vibration from hard drives - it had no sound dampening...I tried using those little rubber washers (from quiet case fan mounts) on normal screws and that helped

not something that you haven't seen before here.
it's a nice addition to the case though...

Just done a rebuild of my PC and thought I would upload some images :D

I still love this case but the cable management is not the best if you like to keep things nice and tidy.

Finally had to install the lower HDD cage in mine after running out of room in the 5.25 bays (had 4 drives bungeed up there) due to a new addition. Had to play with the bungee cord and a few foam blocks to keep them quiet still.

F3 1TB, F4 2TB, F3 1TB.

Maybe I should have used a slimmer fan?

Up top was looking empty again so stuck the old DVD drive back in (Pioneer DVR 217F, Spinpoint 200, F1 320).

Id hazard a guess that its the globalwin solar eclipse that ocuk sold a while back. I got one for £26.00 iirc, identical build to the akasa, except it has a beige front panel and bare aluminium internals and side/top panels. Great choice for a modding project, came as standard with the sought after 3 hole mobo tray.

for £5 i will never complain, its massive.
i will be modding the mobo tray so it fits perfectly
and i will be redoing the gapping hole at the top, to add another 120mm fan that doesnt get in the way of my psu.
i will post pics and spec when finished

thanks my friend!
i 've got an akasa 600W 80+ psu now after my tagan 580W died.
do you think it's enough for my setup?
cause when i play games the fan of the psu spins faster and gets loud.
