Just ordered a new ASUS 6950 and noticed afterwards that the dislay ports on the back are mini display ports.

Is it possible to buy a display port to mini display port adaptor as my sapphire eyefinity adaptor is normal size display port?

Or is one included in the box?

These are in the Cables section on the site however there is a possibility that there is one in the box.

IIRC they come with mini-displayport to HDMI cables but not 100% on that (might not be included with the basic version of the card).

maybe im blind but i cant see them there

that would be no use to me either as my monitors dont take HDMI :s they only accept VGA and DVI

My Powercolor 6970 came with a mini-DP to DP adaptor in the box.

well it arrived today and no adaptors in the box so going to have to buy a new active adaptor that fits mini display port http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-150-OK&groupid=1929&catid=1757&subcat=

an extra £22.50 on top of the cost of the card

Gah thats a pain.

You can use the adaptor you already have and just get a mini-DP to DP adaptor. I got one a few months back for around £7 from an auction site.
