How do you cook Saveloy Sausage?

I have some saveloy sausage and I dont know whats the best way to cook em?

Is it boil in a pan or fry or something? whats the best way?

Any cooks out there?

Grill em slow but dont pierce them

You get fat flying all over the grill and it can cause a bit of a mess not to mention a fire risk. Keeping the fat in keeps them nice and juicy as well

Do I need to take the red skins of em first? I notice if you boil em it peels right off.

I'm actually a good cook, but these are saveloys not normal sausages lol. Just wondered the best way to cook em is all.
