you sit on your phone?! When I had a PDA i kept it in my pocket, im pretty sure people will treat it the same as their XDA's etc, why would you take a device like this and treat it the same way as your old 3310?!

$600 with a 2 year contract sounds like standard for US contracts. I believe they even still charge for phones which we normally get for free on contract.

Think about it, the standard Vodafone price for a HTC TyTn on the lowest price plan is £350 for 18 months. But there are loads of ways to get this for free or at least heavily discounted, it WILL be the same situation.

Also I dont believe a phone of this calibre was designed for the PAYT market.
