Prescott 3.4 - SL8K4 (Worth buying)

Would this be a worthwhile upgrade from a Celeron 2.8 on a 478 board?

I am water cooled so I guess Heats not an issue?

Dude, why didn't you just keep this tidy and in one thread instead of firing up 2 pretty similar threads?

Certainly worth it! And with that P4P800 + Watercooling, 4.0GHz could be quite possible giving your PC some more life

Unless you're finding one for cheap then I do not think it is worth it.
You would see a performance boost over the Celeron in everything, possibly a higher overclock potential aswell. However, I'm not sure it would be worth the high costs. (That CPU still commands a reasonably high price right? )
Would possibly be better to find a cheap CPU/Mobo bundle off the bay for a little bit extra...

What you using the computer for?
