Hey all im after a Decent external HDD can anybody recommend what are the best around not bought one in a while im after roughly 5tb thanks

at that size your going to be looking at the desktop PC ones that come in enclosures with external power supplies.
i have a seagate external HDD which is USB 3 and 3TB which has done me well and had no problems with at all.
do you have a budget at all for one?

Price really ain't a problem just something decent that will last a while

Get any 3.5" external HDD which has a Hitachi/Toshiba HDD inside it.

Just look for drives with long warranty. AFAIK WD make some with 5 year warranties.
