I used to have the NH-D14 on my i5. Great bit of kit, easy to install and works really well. There are 2 versions though, only one comes with the 2011 mounting hardware. I'm not sure which one OCUK currently have on their store page at the moment. You can get the 2011 mounting kit for free direct from Noctua by giving them proof of purchase.

I've currently got a 240mm AIO (this)on my 5820K and it really does work well, but as setter points out, there is less to go wrong with an air cooler - it can't leak!

For the k2 I also had to purchase a set of screws for 2011. While the hole spacing is the same as on X58 the screw threads are different. And as X99 boards have a backplate fitted there was no need to use the one from the cooler.

Oc'd to 4.5ghz on 1.300v, mine isn't a great chip compared to more recent batches. Have you looked at the new antec aio offerings? I've been kinda tempted by the dual fan 1200 model. £60.00 iirc.

I was seriously tempted to get one of the dual fan antec AIOs for an HTPC rebuild I'm doing (my old i5). For £60 it's great value and should be able to handle a decent OC.

Air-wise, you could go with the NH-D15, the Phanteks PH-TC14PE or Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 but they're all upwards of £65 and the D15 is ~£78.
