Best PC Case(s) on a Budget?

Hi all,
i want a new case, as i have had adopted a really bad case that i've used for around 3 years now and i need an upgrade.

I want the case to be under £40 and needs to have decent or very good cooling. I'm not adamant on looks, i just need it to be sturdy, dust-free and some good cooling (i.e. lots of fans). It needs to be ATX (the one for big or normal set ups, i think...)

Can any of you experts on this forum help me?

You are only likely to get 2 fans in a case, you would have to add more so keep that in mind for your budget.
Also look for cases with dust filters.

UPDATE: Ended up getting a Zalman Z9 case for around £35. Very strong and looks simple but striking!

the z9 isint the worst case out there but I wouldnt say its airflow is that great. the cable management can be a pain in the rear aswel but its doable
