I've just upgraded my entire system but i seem to be having an issue with my RAM, i have the i7 6700k, G1 Sniper Z170-CF motherboard and 16Gb of Team Group Dark RAM. It says 3000Mhz but when i've checked its only running at 2133Mhz and when i switch on the X.M.P(which takes it to the 3000Mhz) on in my BIOS it keeps saying that it wont boot and complains about incorrectly configured bios settings. I've tried putting the RAM into the other channels to see if it was that but i still get that issue, i have to put it into 2133Mhz for it to boot.

I've linked the 3 items below so you know exactly which items i bought.

You probably need to manually increase the vccsa and vccio voltages in the bios. First try entering the ram frequency, dram voltage and latency settings manually then increase those voltages. Try 1.15v for both to start with.

Not sure if i'm looking in the right place but mine looks like its already set higher than that, its at 1.2v

Fixed it, updated my bios which i've never done before and always terrified to do but then i realised i have a duel bios so i could have just restored it from the other, i think thats how it works anyway. But yeah, updated the bios and now XMP works fine, my PC did blue screen last night but that was the first time, now i've updated the BIOS i hope its sorted that issue too.
