pie and mash. Usually pie minister kate and Sidney with Swede and carrot mash. `

Satay and rice/noodles is silly easy. (peanut butter, garlic, chilli, lemon grass, lemon or lime juice, soy sauce, water, optional sugar/honey) just bring to a boil and it thickens and makes a great sauce.

chilli, with added grated carrot and spinach to bulk it out. either on it's own or with garlic bread or doritos.

oven baked hot wings with coleslaw

fajitas

roast meat with roast veg, (not full roast, but still darn tasty and super easy)

Ratatouille (freezes well, can do big bacth) and some sort of meat.

chicken, new potato's and broccoli, covered with a mix of sriracha and honey and roasted in oven.

curry with cauliflower rice or just normal rice.

sausage/pulled meat and bean bbq sauce stew thing with jacket or sweet potato.

Veggie curries (usually with lentils and/or chick peas and whatever veg) with rice
Mexican chilli (minced beef & kidney beans) with rice and guacamole
Spiralised courghetti with tom/olive/garlic/chilli/anchovy sauce
Felafels in pitta with houmus, raita, salad
Spanish omelette (potatoes, peppers, parsley, garlic, onion) with salad
Schnitzel (made from beaten pork steaks) with mash and veg
Chicken nugs with mash or wedges and salad
Nicoise salad (fresh tuna)
Sushi with shop-bought dim sum
Mushroom risotto
Paella
Steak, wedges, salad
Roast dinners (chicken, pork, or beef)
Penne with soft goats cheese, sun-dried toms, toasted pine nuts, basil
Veggie fried rice (usually with plain omelette chunks in and toasted cashews)
Meat or veg chow mein
Pizzas - various flavours
Mussels in creamy wine or cider sauce with crusty bread

All are home-made except where marked otherwise. We usually have the necessary stuff in to do these dishes (meat in the freezer - except steak obvs). The missus' youngest (nearly 17) has decided she is off red meat so the list is slightly reduced at the moment. We have steak when she is out ;) They are also becoming choosy, the missus is bored of felafels (which the youngest loves) and the youngest is bored of spanish omelette (which the missus loves). I spoil them.

We don't really do regular/planned meals so much, but in addition to most of the above I also do:

Bobotie
Bunny Chow
Jaffles & Toasties
Fry-up

We also have a slow cooker and chuck something together before we go to work, meaning we can get home, shut the front door, dish up and eat immediately.

Can you list those in English please?

must be the younger generation who replied so far -
meal = main course + pudding, from my UK maths courses
usual suspects here : apple/fruit crumble, bakewell tart, bread&butter pudding
.... time is not too short to miss out ?
would add : macaroni cheeses, toad in the hole to mains list

Smoked mackerel kedgeree, is one of our favorites at the minute, takes no time at all and is really tasty. But we always have a good supply of cottage pie, fish pie, various currys, chilli, and bolognese ready made.
Make it all in large batches and freeze it.

Moroccan chicken & cous cous
Pasta carbonara
Sausage or veggie casserole
Omelette with various fillings
Stuffed and roasted peppers with cous cous
Home made pesto with various types of pasta
Stuffed chicken breast with rice
Salmon with rice
Pasta tuna bake
Curry with whatever spice mix and store cupboard staples I have

All of those take way less than an hour to do (otherwise I wouldn't do them!)

I do a nice chicken chorizo mozzarella and basil number with either zoodles or spaghetti. That's one I've done a few times recently. I get a bit too samey though, which the Mrs hates, I just go for what is quick and I can knock out too,
