Looking at those LED strips I'd be surprised if they couldn't be used with a generic PWM RGB controller (Infra Red control even) with a minimum of fuss if a compatible RGB case or motherboard isn't available.

They appear to be the simplest kind of RGB strip with R G B and a common anode.
