Brilliant deal this, if buying a new single card solution I would have defo considered this.

NVidia have a bug with that promotion, I think it's okay but they will ask you to verify that you own that card because of people ordering it from a competitor, getting the game code then cancelling the order.

Sure is, a bundle pulls from the component prices and then has a fixed discount. The fixed discount is un-changed but a component has changed in price resulting in the bundle price changing.

So OcUK will cover the warranty for the full 5 years?

The only reason I ask is because I'm in the market for a new card (and this is a fantastic deal), but I'm rather hesitant about using Zotac as I've heard their RMA/customer service isn't the best. However if OcUK are honouring the warranty that Zotac provides then that would certainly settle some nerves.
