Just a heads up, took me hours to work this out.
Full On or Off are fine (I think, I'd test more but Sleep needed)
Transition effects are not. Took 2000 points off my 3Dmark score and made gaming jittery and probably responsible for large FPS range in games, will test that one tomorrow
If you have an LED MOBO or GFX card, especially if the LEDs are directly on the PCB that use transition lighting effects, I recommend that you test your system with them both on and off. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my MOBO, it's model, MSIs implementation or potentially all LED motherboards.
