Budget of 1.2k

Which one should I get? Ideally I want 2K and NOT 4K... or maybe I want 4k? Depending on if the GTX 1080 is ample... but anyway not a lot of 4K content (movies) out there.

So..

The Acer, the ASUS? What to get?

The Asus ROG Swift PG348Q at 1.1k
or the x34? acer

well neither are 35" in size, but i assume that's a typo in your subject? :)

Both very good screens and quite similar in overall performance. The Asus comes at a cost premium because of the design/ROG brand

apparantly the z35 is of lesser screen quality? not bothered about res as i will have to run 1440p on the 4k monitor until i get my 1080.

how do you do for movies? where can i buy 4k/really high res movies? im getting a 4k oled too so im guessing its only netflix?

the x34a is £900 and x34 £950, why?

also how are ocuk for returns and stuff - is severe blacklight bleed/deadpixels/ weird stuff applicable for a return or would i have to pay for shipping?

damn!

gaming it is! is there any way the windows can be auto snapped so i can have several browsers etc open without having to manually adjust each one to fit in the corner? i believe the macs do this

for movies, whats the best way of going about putting high quality content from my pc to my tv? its an LG OS one so can I get apps to use plex server?

But it only has a 75Hz Refresh rate..

but the human eye can only see 24fps

lol

nah but srs

ive never had the pleasure of 60 - 144hz so 60hz is good enough 75hz is a bonus

£300 is not worth 25hz

maybe if picture quality was better and g sync was nvidia only

but £300 for 25hz is a very expensive game to play

"High Res"
"Netflix"

Doesnt compute.

Z35/AOC version/BenQ version uses a very slow VA panel and the pixeldensity is that of a 27" 1080p display.
