I use Dettol wipes - seem to work a treat

Luke warm water under the shower and a wee drop of washing powder or liquid.

I take/took mine into the shower with me and use shower gel on it and myself.

I just ended up buying another when mine got to dirty
lazy way out! although my new one i wil try and clean it.. might use some wipes like the above suggestions
This is exactly what I do.

You can wash them? I just buy a new one when they come on offer.
