Superflower Leadex Gold 1000W

I have purchased a Superflower Leadex Gold 1000W for use with my Asus Rampage V5 Motherboard on a Corsair Carbide 600Q Case.

I cannot get the powersupply to work with the motherboard. I have used a power supply tester and the powersupply lights up and passes all the tests. Likewise I have used a generic Powersupply to test the motherboard which Powers up when connected.

Anyone know of any compatability issues? or ideas why they wont work together?

Do you have a link to the exact board?

Do you have 24pin+8pin ATX power connectors plugged in?

If the case is also a new item alongside the PSU have you correctly put the little wires from the power/reset/HDD LED buttons into the correct header/pins?

I have put both the 24pin & 8 Pin ATX in and checked the header. As I said will boot with a standard 750w PSU I have,just not with the Superflower.

Both are new bought from overclockers last week.

That PSU should just "work" with that board.

RMA it.
