Corsair Graphite 760T power LED

Do you really need it?
I've had a PC of one kind or another for years now and don't think I've ever had a power LED hooked up and my PC seems to work just fine considering. If we were talking HDD LED, well that's a totally different matter.

so i have a corsair 760 t case....but my power LED only works till my windows desktop loads..after that the LED just turns off....any ideas?
Are you sure it's not connected to the HDD LED header?
