mATX desktop case with 5.25 and 3.5 external bays - suggestions?

Afternoon,

I'm looking for a decent desktop mATX case; I don't need much internal space for hard drives and PCI cards - but it absolutely must have space for an optical drive (slimline or full height) and a spare external 3.5' bay for a card reader expansion. Cases that have what I'm after seem pretty rare, though the Lian Li CE685 seems to be the best bet so far. Ideally I'm looking for something of higher quality though, as it's going to sit under my monitor I would like it to be aesthetically pleasing and preferably aluminium.

Anyone know of a case that caters to my wants ?

the ones that just have 2 5.25 and no external 3.5 can have one of these fitted in to change it to 3.5... tbh there is plenty of cases like this

Sorry, I meant desktop cases only, no towers .
