The spacing is extremely tight on that. It uses the top two slots with a pci-e 1x slot between them. The bottom black slot is limited to pci-e 2.0 4x. I can't find anything better that's in stock anywhere else though.

But can't work out if I can use the bottom pci-e slot for sli
The sli slots are 1 and 3, The bottom slot is only wired for four lanes and uses the chipset's slower 2.0 signaling.

Maybe look for Z87's too. If you find a micro-ATX SLI with more spacing, obviously make sure your case has at least 5 expansion slots.
Found any ?
Not unless I stick my Z87 ATX in the washing machine for you.
Speaking of which, is a change of case to ATX out of the question?
