keeping my usb ports live after i shout down?

Just wondered if it is possible to keep my ports live as i would like my mouse to charge up when its off, I have an MSI P67A-GD53 B3, is there a solution?

Funnily enough my 680i does this standard. If I leave my iPhone plugged in via USB and then shut down, it continues to charge it. However, once I remove it, the ports no longer do anything until I switch back on.

Not exactly a problem, it's an extra feature and depends if your motherboard supports it.

EDIT: To OP, this is what it says on MSI's site for your motherboard:

Note: Only front red USB ports support charger function after system off

Which looks the be the red USB 2.0 header on the board.

EDIT 2: No wait... just realised original post was from 2011................ snakegb why :p. Oh well, same applies seeing as you have the same board.
