New X99 Build

I'm looking at purchasing these components for a new x99 build and just want to check with you guys that everything is compatible. I'm looking to spend no more than £1000. Was wondering if it would be possible for better or similar components for the same amount or even less!!!
I will be reusing Windows 10, my 970gtx and my ssd's, so this is all i need for now.

You could save a chunk by getting a bundle. You lose USB 3.1 but other than that they're fairly equivalent boards

I'm pretty sure that i don't have anything that supprts usb 3.1 anyway.
I went for the cheapest ddr 4 dual channel 16gb kit, as in the real world i don't think i'll notice the benefits of faster more expensive ram. I will be overclocking as well so will that psu be enough for one 970? Yeah, the cooler does look good, only thing i've read is that the cam software isn't great and has had some issues? Would you recommend a push pull setup for the kraken or is it good enough with just the 2 fans for overclocking?

Hi lee32uk, no it isn't. But i'll be doing quite a lot of streaming and video editing and the occasional gaming.

The standard setup with the Kraken is good enough in my opinion - got a 4670K running a mild overclock (4ghz) and the temperatures are still very good. The PSU has plenty of headroom for overclocking, you could probably safely drop down to the 550w version and still be fine. Considering the price difference I'd stick with what you have selected though.

You should be good with 16GB Ram if you are Video editing. There is still room for four more sticks of ram in the future.
