Gigabyte Ultra gaming Steam promo

Hi guys,

QQ, is anyone else having issues receiving the Steam vouchers from Gigabyte as part of the promo they ran recently? I purchased a Z170X-Ultra Gaming through OCUK, sent all my proofs to GB in July and received confirmation that all was good and I would receive the voucher codes by 15/08 at the latest. I've been in touch twice since that date and I'm now being told it'll possibly be by end of the month but they aren't sure and thanks for my patience....

I've not dealt with manufacturers for offers like this, are these sorts of delays normal and/or am I the only one?
