How do these compare to the EVGA P2 series? Which I was about to buy until I saw these!

Unusual to see a normal 450w platinum.

The only other platinum ones are the premium taxed fanless ones.

The P2 are based on the Leadex platform, so they are fully modular, and slightly better internally, however the cost difference is apparent. These are an upgraded Golden Green HX platform, so still very reliable and at a competitive pricepoint.

Indeed, but there is an ever increasing demand for lower wattage high efficiency units.
