Fantasy adventure set in a post apocalyptic era on earth. Elves, Dwarves, Trolls, Gnomes, Humans and Demons. What more do you need

Looks good with a lot of potential based on the books by Terry Brooks.

It's a US show that doesn't have a UK air date yet so should be in this section anyway.

Pretty good start. Very LOTR. Normally fantasy theme is quite difficult to do without getting too cheesy.

Never read the books myself but with Manu Bennett it carries pretty well. Wasn't Gimli a dwarf?

Has the show been faithful so far? The prince sounds more and more like a traitor. Sure the dwarves are not going to be happy with Gimli defecting to the elves lol

I watched the first 2 episodes last night and it's a good idea.. needs to bed in a little but so far it's not bad.

Watched the first four so far and liking it more and more - plus I got a peek at the Reaper in the preview for ep5 and that thing looks NASTY!

Although I've read the books, it's been a long time, so I'm not sure how faithful it is but what I've seen so far is working well, so I don't care too much if they do veer away from the book story line anyway.

Haven't a clue what on earth I'm watching but it's got Salah from Indy Jones in it and I like him

Watching the first episode now. Amazing. Simply superb. Very well done indeed. Great cast, beautifully shot. I like it. It's definately a keeper.

Loving it so far, good characters and storyline and it has the high budget and excellent visuals to keep you wanting more. If you liked LOTR, GoT you will enjoy this one, so far its the best tv series of 2016 for myself but its early days.
