Haswell I5 overclock worth it for gaming?

OK, so basically im thinking of purchasing this CPU with a stock speed of 3.5Ghz and my question is if it was overclocked to 4.2Ghz would the difference be that noticeable while playing games or would there be barely any difference? Thanks in advance.

The amount of difference will depend on the game, some are more sensitive to CPU clock speed than others. In GPU limited games you'll notice no difference whatsoever.

In the games that do benefit, you'd see higher minimum FPS.
