Nope, the 2 question marks are incorrect. Your text should be rephrased to something along the lines of

So did no-one see the post about Tesla doing 14k or is this now a "What's the highest revving current production car that isn't bike engined, a ****el or electric"?

You are asking 2 questions and reporting another. The reported question would loose it's mark. You could possibly add another after the first question, as follows

So did no-one see the post about Tesla doing 14k? or is this now a "What's the highest revving current production car that isn't bike engined, a ****el or electric"?

but the reported question would still loose it's mark.

a grammar pedant might also correct the beginning of the sentence to

So didn't anyone see the post about the Tesla doing 14k rpm, or is this now a "What's the highest revving current production car that isn't bike engined, a ****el or electric"?

My brothers 2008 M3 convertible, tuned to 360bhp with a full ceramic exhaust revved to around 8500 if im not mistaken...im pretty sure we hit the limiter on more than one ocassion while he was making me crap my shorts last summer while visiting him in Canada:p.

Awesome car with an equally awesome exhaust note...shame he wont have it much longer as hes after a 997 911 turbo or GT2/GT3...makes far too much money that little brother of mine:p.

Not confused at all - I said both companies stopped doing the Fireblade based cars around 2002. Caterham don't do bike engine cars and Westfield only now do Megabusa's which is what you have (and it isn't factory built - yours was a kit I believe - this thread is talking about PRODUCTION road cars).
