Well guys I got a set of these headphones for LAN use. I am unable to actually use the mic as the volume in windows 10 for the mic is 0. Due to the fact the headset is connected via a USB sound controller the mic still does not work.
I have tried everything reinstalling drivers unistalling drivers making sure that drivers are up to date tried the 3.5mm jack tried everything I can think of. Nothing works there is a lot of issues already online but no solution can someone please help!
