Very hard to choose just one, there are a lot of great cartoon themes from the 80's and 90's.

If pushed, I'd go with Jamie and the Magic Torch

or....

I don't know about favourite but Jamie and the Magic torch & Inspector Gadget are the two that spring to mind first.
