z170 gaming pro usb 3.0 driver issue

Ok.. got a trusty Ps/2 keyboard and managed to finish installing the USB 3.0 extensible host controller 4.0.0.36.... Still no USB ports working and when I try and uninstall it says: "uninstall is not allowed for this platform"

Any thoughts on why this driver:
a) broke all my previously working USB ports and
b) why I can't uninstall it?

Need help with this

It's ok! Sorted it... Still took me a PS/2 keyboard which is a pain. But I just had to go into the Device Manager and go through Windows to find my solution. Heh... It wasn't under USB though but something else...

Glad it's sorted mate,I know what you meen about the gigabyte bios as its my first one but saying that I'm happy with it everything is stable.

yeah mine's all stable now by the look of it (touch wood!) Running incredibly smooth right now but I don't dare say any more yet!

Just got to exchange a dodgy stick of ram then i'm up and running fully! Got to say i love the NZXT H440 case! Picture doesn't do it justice at all lol
