Have a google and find a decent guide for Haswell, won't be too hard.
The basic premise is disable what your board allows, the guide will say what. Then from there bump you multiplier up, usually from stock I bump it up by like 0.5. Boot then run prime95. Leave it to run for a while to check stability then reboot again, increase multiplier by one, rinse and repeat till you get a non stable overclock.
Then once you reach unstable up the voltage a bit, I start in bigger chunks of 0.025-0.035 jumps then tone it down when I start to hit around 1.3V. I keep my systems at 1.355 max.Once you increase the voltage run prime again check for stability. Repeat the multiplier step again. Then carry on going till you either hit the max volts you're happy with or the clock you are happy with.
