Slightly off topic but whats the little fish tank you have on your speaker, that looks really good, I want one! ;P
i have a 29/10/15 build monitor and i have zero issues...
no sleep no coil whine bug OC's to 100hz... i have gsync on and vsync on via NCP and everygame is super smooth and zero input lag..
perfectly happy with mine i have no BLB but some tiny IPS glow..
how do i test for scan lines cause i don't ever notice anything when gaming its incredible to look at in any game..
also why is my OD 255... ah i had my OD settting to extreme.. ive heard normal is better then extreme for gaming?
piccy below
You liking it m8? Loving mine
Extended warranty looks like a winner too
Yes, the great "scan line" issue is a bit overblown. So you can see some lines then eh?
The should appear and disappear when you select V-Sync off or G-Sync. Click between those, don't worry about V-Sync "on".
If you play around with the FPS sliders on the bottom left, you will see if the FPS is increased in G-Sync mode, the lines disappear also.
My monitor is only running @ 30hz when not in game guys
anyone know why this is? i suspect its a setting issue, i run it in game mode setting
Im just home from the boxing last night and im very hungover so its most likely a user issue
The new X34:
Chipper, drop amdmatt a message he is using crimson and freesync so might be able to shed some light on it
I have these values and my X34 has the wake from sleep issue.
It's confirmed the wake from sleep issue is a hardware fix per Acer. None of those version numbers in the OSD will show you if it's corrected or not. Mine is confirmed WFS fixed.
Got a screen that couldnt do 100hz, get some wicked flickering on the X34. Got it to 95HZ and everything is smooth. bit gutted but dont even know if its returnable and if i can be even bothered.
***EDIT*** When i overclock the monitor to 100hz its fine as soon as i put 100hz in the nvidida control panel it goes crazy. If i creat a custom resolution and set it to 99hz its fine, im confused? :s
***EDIT EDIT*** Flickers even at 99, 95 seems stable. Could this be a DP cable issue?
And so how are you sure that yours is fixed?
