Still the cheapest?

Am i right in thinking for Gaming the cheapest memory is still the way to go as there is little difference in brands (ddr3) ?

There's little in it. Kingston HyperX is dirt cheap through even for the 2400mhz stuff.

Just for gaming yeah it doesnt matter really 8Gb will cut pretty much anything fine.

However I bought the cheapest back when I got mine and that meant I bought an uncovered stick (just the PCB) and regret it now because I'm starting to care about my looks, so bare that in mind. Teamgroup elite is the cheapest DDR3 atm here I think then the kingston hyper x come on, both have a decent colour range
