Good cheap laptop close to 200, for sims 4/internet

Hi, I'm out of the loop now, my friend wants to get a laptop for her daughter for xmas, nothing too flash but something with a DVD drive, which will comfortably play sims 4 and be ok for internet usage.

Any good recommendations at the mo? Make and model will do then I will find it

Can't recommend any particular models but I would look for an IBM or Dell, minimum i5 with 4gb ram. Perhaps if cheap enough get an SSD which will make all the difference.

Check the bay for refurbished models.
