I have just moved into a new house that has fttp and I have got 200meg download speeds and a bt hh5.
I'm wanting to ditch that and get myself a top notch router that has a good range.
Anyone point me in the right direction please?

Can you give us a floor plan or at least an idea of the size of your house? If a Home Hub 5 is struggling for range then you're unlikely to fix it just by changing the router.

I'm in the same boat as you - FTTP, I went for 300Mb in the end.

To be honest, I found the HH5 gave a pretty good wifi signal - I just didn't like it very much so I put in an ASUS RT-88U.

In all honesty, the signal is better than the HH5 but not by much - if your HH5 is struggling, I think you would need to go down the 2 wap route possibly.
