Memory suggestions

I have a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H and I'm looking to upgrade to 4x8GB memory (32GB - so maybe 2x16GB too).

What would you guys recommend?
Budget around £150-£200. Is this too much considering it's DDR3 and DDR4 is out now?

I'm no expert so not sure if this matters?

What you need 32gb of ram for and will you be overclocking the ram ?

I'll be using VM. Maybe 32GB is overkill?

I doubt I'll be overclocking the RAM.

Here is 2 sets of 16gb ram 1600mhz and 1866mhz which is cheaper just get 2 lots if you want 32 gb. There wont be much diffrence in speed so if you dont mind white it will save you a bit of money.

I was looking at Corsair 1600mhz vengeance in blue. They're 155 quid or so for 32gb so your suggestions are a fair bit cheaper.
