Hello
I've been wondering about IPv6s and domain controllers. My two lab DCs have static assigned IPv4 addresses as expected, but I was wondering whether I should be assigning IPv6 too? I've got a /56 static from my ISP which my router passes through and all computers can get a public IPv6 through discovery.
The DCs are currently set with a Static IPv6 but its a different range to the static public and I wondered whether I should leave IPv6 on auto and let them find their own IPv6 from the public /56 and configure the DNS server as and when?
What is the best practice for IPv6 and DCs?
Thoughts are appreciated.
