Hi All,
I've been trying to setup a mail flow disclaimer rule under our Office 365 account (online Business Premium) to append HTML signatures to all of our mailboxes/emails but we're having an intermittent issue where the rule isn't always triggered causing the disclaimer/signature to be attached to some emails and not others.
There doesn't appear to be any real consistency to where or how it's failing, the rule will work between mailboxes/email addresses (both company mailboxes and external) one minute then fail the next, so i'm a bit stuck on what the exact issue could be.
Has anyone come across this problem before or possibly able to shed some light on what it could be?
Is there any logs available under Office 365 to show why a rule wasn't applied to an email?
Any help would be appreciated as i'm a bit stumped
