Anyone have this issue? high ping spike when opening browser

Hello guys so past couple days I have been getting issues with VoIP (Discord and teamspeak 3)

What been happening is when I open a browser page like google chrome suddenly Discord or teamspeak 3 gets a sudden high ping of up to 800+ ms (red) and people start to slow down talking and robot talk for a split second.

When I play games and have VoIP in the background it is all fine but when I open a web page it spikes.

Anyone got any ideas?

I contacted my ISP they said there is no issue on the router end only some low power levels but nothing that can be causing my issue.

Currently tried

Turning off Firewall on my computer and router
Turned of all apps that are currently running except discord/ts3
Virus/Malware scan no issues

Did a tracert and ping test to known sites and to my router no issues

So I am running out of ideas. :mad:

How are you connected to the router? Wired or wireless?

Following on from the question above... try connecting using another method, so if you're on wireless then try a cable and see if you still have the issue. Might just be a weird setting on your network card - wrong duplex mode or somethign.

I am using wired connection. I tried wireless and same thing happens but not frequent.

What speed is your broadband running at? (speedtest.net) sounds to me like it's running slow & opening your browser is taking up the available bandwidth while it laods.
